Orchard Toys Bus Stop

Loughton Station (stop C) bus stop - 02/08/2010
TfL bus stop at Loughton Station (stop C). Routes 20, 167, 397, 549 and 804 (Essex school route) towards Buckhurst Hill, Woodford or Chingford.
TfL bus stops were installed in the Loughton area a few years ago, replacing very basic bus stops, many of which had no timetables. TfL have invested in placing London stops outside the TfL zone where TfL services (such as the 20, 167, 397, 549) operate. For the TfL stops in Essex, Essex County Council added the condition that the Traveline phone number and web address had to be put on underneath the route numbers (e-tiles). TfL also have to produce timetables for the non-TfL routes which also serve the stops.
The two stops at Loughton Station are strangely numbered 'B' and 'C', instead of 'A' and 'B'. I'm not really sure why TfL have done this.
The TfL stops outside the TfL zone have reached the Loughton & Debden area, the Brentwood area (except Brentwood High Road), the roads approaching Lakeside Shopping Centre (excluding the shopping centre bus station), and the Westerham area in Kent. There are also other locations, but i'm not too sure about the Kent, Surrey, Berkshire and Buckinghamshire areas. One area the TfL stops have not been placed is Hertfordshire, where Herts CC already provide very informative bus stops.
